A rich filling made with decadent Mascarpone cheese with a hint of Marsala wine and fresh eggs layered with espresso soaked sponge cake and surrounded by Espresso lady fingers.

Two layers of rich, moist, devils food cake, filled with a light & airy mixture of whipped cream, fine Belgian chocolate and fresh eggs. Decorated with chocolate shavings.
